Mesturkuaz specializes in the real estate development, construction, shopping mall investment-development-management, tourism, iron and steel industry, industrial metal trade, chemical industry, entertainment industry and food and beverage industry with a current focus on Turkey and the Middle East.  Future focus will include Europe.  M, and Istanbul based company, is partnering with large construction and investment companies and is increasing the size and scope of its portfolio. 

Mesturkuaz was founded in 1980 getting its start in trading scrap copper, then expanding into electrolyte copper production.  Later Mesturkuaz expanded its international trade to include copper, zinc and aluminum.  Mesturkuaz’s strength in its structure led to continued expansion both in domestic and international markets.  The international growth in the trade of industrial raw materials later led to the creation of ESC, the first private steel manufacturing company in Iraq. The company’s strategy was to expand into additional sectors which led to entering chemical industry focuses in house cleaning supplies.  This was followed by the entry into the construction sector and the management of the completed projects.  Among the construction projects were shopping malls with hotel, housing and office which was later supplemented with the management of restaurant and cinemas.
