Mesturkuaz’s growth of its real estate investment portfolio is supported by its financial strength.  The investments are across several sub-sectors such as hotels, shopping malls, office buildings and housing. All of the projects are well located and profitable which allows for the continued expansion of the company and additional projects.

Mesturkuaz develops mixed use projects greater than 100,000 m2 in Istanbul, Adana and Maras and has expanding strategy to the other major cities within Turkey.  The quality and construction process of the projects are supported by long-standing relations with the vendors and solution partners.

Mesturkuaz has differentiated itself in the sector by developing projects focused on providing livable environment together with the interaction of mix-used functions of the projects.

Mesturkuaz develops and invests in retail based mixed use projects, mostly with shopping mall functions. Additionally, Mesturkuaz manages and rents the facility through the use of management companies. Future expansion will focus on markets where there is a need for additional shopping malls.  Mesturkuaz plans to grow from three malls to six in 2017.

The strategy is to develop four star hotels with the projection of the considerable growth of city hotels mostly in İstanbul and a few in secondary Turkish cities. The most recent project was a Hilton Garden Inn located in Ümraniye, İstanbul.

Erbil Steel Company was established in 2006 and production commenced in 2007 with a focus on supplying the domestic steel requirements for Iraq. The steel factory is supported by an internal power plant producing 32 mVA.  The total annual capacity of the plant is 240.000 tons and adheres to ASTM standards.  The modular production line allows for the manufacture of specialized steel products.

Mesturkuaz subcontracts the production off two well-known brands (Mio and Fam Plus) of consumer detergents that are sold both in domestic and international markets.  Currently Mesturkuaz is developing a new 6,000 m² detergent manufacturing facility in Iraq to supply the region.

Mesturkuaz has invested in two state-of-the-art cinemas in Turkey. One is located within the AtlasPark Sultanbeyli shopping mall and the other in Can Park Ümraniye shopping mall and both cinemas are currently in operation.

Mesturkuaz has the franchise rights of Sutiş and Burger King.
