Erbil Steel Company was established in 2006 and production commenced in 2007 with a focus on supplying the domestic steel requirements for Iraq. The steel factory is supported by an internal power plant producing 32 mVA.  The total annual capacity of the plant is 240.000 tons and adheres to ASTM standards.  The modular production line allows for the manufacture of specialized steel products.
